AAA Members May Qualify For Legal Defense Reimbursement

If you have to go to court for a traffic violation, your regular AAA membership will reimburse you for attorney fees up to:

  •  $50 for covered traffic violations.
  • $225 for manslaughter in connection with an auto accident and a total of $300 if appealed to the State Supreme Court.

AAAPlus increases your attorney fee reimbursement up to:

  • $100 for covered traffic violations.
  • $500 for manslaughter in connection with an auto accident and a total of $1000 if appealed to the State Supreme Court.
